Common questions about pricing
- Can I order Parlacta today?
- No. There is no billing and no ordering process yet. Anyone on the waiting list will be notified as soon as that changes.
- Then why are the prices already here?
- Because a budget takes shape before the product does. Anyone assessing whether Parlacta is an option should know the figure rather than having to ask for it. Prices on request would be the opposite of what we stand for.
- Is the price per person?
- No. In Monitoring and AI a subscription covers the whole organisation, with any number of users. The tiering by type of organisation already reflects size; reflecting it a second time through the number of seats would be redundant. The Free tier is the exception: it only offers personal workspaces.
- Will the free tier stay free?
- Yes, permanently. Search and base data should remain accessible to everyone. That is the reason Parlacta exists, not a promotion.
- Why do NGOs pay less than companies?
- Every segment receives the same software. What differs is what organisations can afford. An environmental organisation and a major bank have the same need and not the same budget; a single price would shut one of them out.
- Monthly or annually?
- The monthly price is shown because it is comparable; billing is annual. The annual amount appears on every card, not in the small print. There is no setup fee.
- What about the AI tier?
- It has not been built yet, which is why it is marked. The price is stated anyway so that the matrix is complete. When the tier arrives is open.
- Can these prices still change?
- As long as there is no billing: yes. We record changes on this page, not in an email to individuals.

The prices are stated here in full, the data source is open, the models in use are named and operations run in Switzerland. Every one of these statements can be checked against its source.
